Hello everyone. It's Hannah Nieves of the Ancient House Podcast and I'm so excited because we are back for another episode and this is just going to be a quick and dirty, like what is happening in our world. How can you plug in just some crazy and beautiful changes that I want to talk about? So we're going to be talking about manifestation, we're going to be talking about growth, we're going to be talking about moving family, all the things. And I want to keep it real with you, because running multiple businesses as a mom, as a wife and all the things all while running 160 acre farm, is a lot, and I really want to pull back the curtain for you guys. So, okay, so quick thing.

Speaker 1:

We came back from Lake Cuomo about two weeks ago, which, if you're listening to this and you have not been, do yourself a favor and go. It is the most beautiful place in Italy that I think I've ever been to, honestly, in my life, and I am would love to go back every single year as a family trip. If you are like me, where you like to just like schmooze and eat and drink and have wine and just be merry, this is the place for you, and there's beautiful lake and mountains and you could just be in a boat all day just schmoozing around. So, um, book yourself a trip. Uh, lake Cuomo, it is the most beautiful place I think I've ever been to. So, at this time, you know my husband and I, which you know, I talk a lot about marriage on here and the duality and the polarity of being, you know, the breadwinner of the family, but also you know I'm a wife, I'm a mother and what this looks like, because I think a lot of entrepreneurs, especially the higher you go, don't want to openly talk about this right, because I mean, who wants to openly talk about their marriage and their relationships in front of tens of thousands of people? I mean not everyone, and that's okay, but I want to open up this conversation because not everyone is willing to talk about how, when the dynamics change right in your relationship, when you become the breadwinner, when you know you're the mom, the wife, the you know all the things, um, and you're leading this company, how, if you consistently run your business, run your life in this masculine energy, you were going to run into so much friction in your relationships that I can't even describe, and I had a previous podcast episode about this Now? Am I saying that you need to be this submissive woman to your partner? No, what I am saying is that it's the duality and understanding how to dance between the execution and doing and the being and receiving. And I know for a lot of women this can be hard, right, because we are so good at making money, we're so good at creating wealth, we're so good at, you know, at driving sales, but sometimes, when we go back and we dance back in our personal life, this duality of you know, being in the receiving and feeling and being, can be really hard. So let me take a step back.

Speaker 1:

So my husband has been in his career for almost 18 years. He's in the construction industry, commercial construction, and has always talked about starting his own business. But you know, even for me, when I started my own company almost, you know, four and a half years ago, he was always the very like, stable and, you know, had his career and his path was, you know, set out for him. And it wasn't until he reached the top of his career that I realized what's next Like, what am I doing and wanting to be with our daughter, and that was a time where he got this itch of like I think I want to do something. I don't know what it is, I don't know when, and at this point this is at the beginning of 2024. Um, my daughter was only a few months old and he's like you know what? I think, I'm, I'm, I'm going to do it this year, I'm going to leave. And so it wasn't until this trip where we were actively talking about him leaving this summer. And it's interesting because, guys, 48 hours coming back home from this trip, he had left his job 48 hours. It was like the universe and God was like okay, you guys manifested this so intently that, like, here it is, it's here now. Now, what are you going to do?

Speaker 1:

And it was at this time, too, where we were thinking about, you know, what's the next step for our family, and if you've been following along in our journey of real estate buying and developing, we have been flipping properties for the last almost seven years at this point, and you know we had decided. You know what is the next thing for our family? We just recently bought this 160 acre farm, um about a year ago, and we have been revitalizing it. We have been flipping our guest house and, you know, flipping our horse barn and doing all the things, and I'm happy to do another episode of this If you guys want me to talk a little bit more about real estate investing and you know what it can do for your life. It's not for everyone, but if you're listening to this and this is something for you, it quite literally changed our life and helped me go from six to multiple seven figures in personal net worth in a few years. So just know it's really powerful.

Speaker 1:

But we started to think about, you know, what is next for our family as my husband's building this business, and we realized that we also needed and also let me take a step back we desired to have flexibility to move around, and when you have 160 acre farm, it's very hard to physically go anywhere, right, because you have a property to maintain and there's a lot that goes into managing people here. So we really desiring just having another place that wasn't on a farm, that was in more of a like a vibrant area. So my husband and I are going to be moving to Tampa part-time, which I'm so excited about, and what I'm really looking forward to is that this is like a fresh new start A with new people. B with another entrepreneurial community which you haven't looked it up Like. It is one of the most like, fastest growing cities in the country right now. There's a lot of entrepreneurs down there, there's a lot of growth down there. There's a lot of real estate investing happening down. A lot of growth down there. There's a lot of real estate investing happening down there.

Speaker 1:

And one of the biggest things I will say, if you're in the earlier stages of your business journey, is that you need to get out of your shell. You need to step into new circles, new networks. You need to be around people who are thinking bigger than you, and I said this to my husband. I said, if you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room and it pays to pay to be in the rooms. And that's one of the best investments that I've ever made in my business has always been in myself and in my network expansion. So that is what we're doing and since we last talked about this and if you're new here, I had my daughter in December of 2023.

Speaker 1:

And when I matured and leave, I came back in February of 2024 and launched a tech startup in March of 2024. In March of 2024. Within four weeks back. We had filled our founding member round of Mason, which is our private network for seven to nine figure women entrepreneurs. We launched a brand new product at HN House, which is our advisory and education company for startup entrepreneurs, to their first million. And we did that. We did that. We did all of this within literally not even three months of being back from that leave.

Speaker 1:

And I say this because, from the odds of looking in, it's like holy shit, hannah, how did you do that? Number one systems, number one vision. Number two vision becomes number one vision. Number two vision number three, aligning my vision with the steps that I need to take now. And as a manifesting generator, we move very fast. When we have an idea, when we have a vision for what we're creating, we can materialize and bring it to life quite literally very quickly.

Speaker 1:

And when you can understand manifestation, which you know for someone like me I'm also a woman of faith, which I don't openly talk about on our social media, but I'm a woman of faith and, um, I've always been very intuitive and very energetically aligned to the world, people, all the things. And so when I thought about manifestation, I was like, okay, well, what does this actually look like in the Bible. I'm just curious, right? So if you want to check out this scripture, or Hebrews 11, one which, again, angel numbers, right there, it literally talks about manifestation, and if you're not a believer that's okay too, but manifestation has been one of the most powerful ways of bringing new things to life. And no, it's not just let me think it it'll come to life. It's having the clarity of the vision of the life and the business that you want to create, but, with that, having the action, the aligned action, to bring it to life. It's having the idea first, and then the moves you make are what bring it to life. And it's so fascinating because when you actually can understand this concept, this concept of future visualization, and really understanding where you are now and where you want to be, and the appreciation of that journey, you can literally manifest anything in your life. And I've done this over and over and over again. So I want to leave you with this episode of what's next for us and a really cool manifestation exercise that my dear friend, haley Hoffman Smith Hoffman Smith shared on her social, that I did over the weekend, that I wanted to share with you.

But what's next for us, if you've been following along on our journey over the last four and a half years. We went from solo to an agency with full-time staff, to education platform, to one-to-one consulting and now we're at this beautiful spot of yes, I do one-to-one. It's curating and connecting the right rooms and I love people. So those are the ways that you can really work with us, and we are just taking things to new heights in our brands. You know, mentioned this beautiful exercise of 111 manifestations and let me tell you, I'm going through this right now and I'm up to number 58, and I had to slow down for a second because I was like wow, like I can't believe I did all this If I have one, two, three, four, five pages worth, I want you to write down 111 things that you desire for your life. This can be for your business, for your money, for your health, for your relationships, for your sex life, whatever it is like, it doesn't matter what it is. I want you to write it down in your journal and then I want you to either take a picture of it and print it out and I want you to look at it every single day, right, because your mind does not know the difference between what is here right now and what is in the future. And if you can step into that future version, that future state of yourself, and literally release all of the negative shit, all the negative emotions, all the negative emotions, all the negative people in your life, when you remove those blockages, you allow for abundance to come in. And I'm telling you, this has happened so many times in my business journey, but this is probably one of the most profound experiences of abundance and manifestation that I think I've ever went through in my almost five years of business, and I encourage all of you to go through this because it is so powerful. So I hope this was helpful and I'm just, I'm so excited.
